How to Install an eSIM

Check Device Compatibility

Connect to WiFi

Ensure your device is connected to a WiFi network before installing the eSIM. This is required for the activation process.

Open Settings

On iOS:Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.

On Android:Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM.

Scan QR Code

Scan the QR code you received via email. If you can't scan it, select "Enter Details Manually" and input the activation code provided.

Complete Installation

Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the eSIM installation. Give your eSIM a label (like "Travel Data") to distinguish it from your primary SIM.

Enable Data Roaming

Turn on Data Roaming for your eSIM line. Don't worry - you won't be charged roaming fees as the eSIM uses local networks.

Activate at Destination

When you arrive at your destination, turn on your eSIM line in Settings. Your device will automatically connect to local networks within 1-2 minutes.
