Data Deletion Instructions
Follow these simple steps to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
important_notice: Once your account is deleted, all of your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Go to Your Profile
Click the link below to access your profile page where you can manage your account settings.
Go to Profile PageScroll to Delete Account Section
On your profile page, scroll down to the bottom. Look for a red "Delete Account" button in the bottom section of the page.
Click Delete Account
Click the red "Delete Account" button. A confirmation dialog will appear.
Before you proceed, make sure to download any eSIM QR codes you may need in the future.
Confirm with Your Password
For security purposes, you'll need to enter your password to confirm account deletion. This step ensures that only you can delete your account.
Final Confirmation
Click the final "Delete Account" button in the confirmation dialog to permanently delete your account.
Final warning: This action cannot be undone. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

processing_time: Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal and compliance purposes.
